Building 60 on the former IBM campus was recently demolished to make way for a new 9-acre park, multi-family buildings and roadways at The Domain.  An unusually high percentage of recycled materials, 99.85%, were salvaged from Building 60, with some being re-used on-site.  A large amount of materials salvaged from demolished buildings is being stored for use as public art to be displayed throughout The Domain – a nod to the history of the once bustling technology campus, and a look ahead to what The Domain holds for decades to come.
